Founder
With over a decade of experience under his belt our founder Mr Anish Bhansali is a force to be reckoned with. Graduating with a business management degree from Swiss Hotel Management School in Montreux, Switzerland, he dipped his toes in the hotel industry there and in the USA, before moving to India and joining the family real estate business. His expertise and business acumen coupled with a knack for strategy makes him a great asset to the company.

Working in an industry and earning a name that has a quick recollection value is not the easiest. However, our CEO, Mr Shishir Bhansali has not only worked in the industry for 35 plus years but has also worked with giants like Clover Builders. Time and again he has proved his command over the craft and grasp of the industry, like no one else has. His goal with this company is one of creating lifestyles and delivering homes suiting it, so that clients can truly get the home and life that he knows they deserve.
